Local artist Andrew Paavola has created a fun festival illustration to celebrate our 10th anniversary. We thought it was so much fun that we wanted to give kids a chance to bring it to life! (Can you find Fluffy the alligator and Flipper the sturgeon?)
Who can enter? Ages 3-11. We will divide entries into 3 age categories: 3-5, 6-8 and 9-11. All other ages may participate for the fun of it! All entries will be posted at Freshwater Farms for the public to see.
To enter prior to the festival: Click on the image to the left. (You’ll need Acrobat Reader installed on your computer to open the file. Download it for free here.) Print the page and color. Send entry by email to cherie@fwfarms.com or bring entry to Freshwater Farms of Ohio.
To enter at the festival: There will be a coloring contest booth at the festival for those that wish to color there. Copies of the contest illustration and crayons will be provided. Turn entries in at the festival information booth.
Deadline: Entries will be accepted until the festival closes on Sunday, September 18th, at 6pm.
Prizes: One Winner per Age Division. Entries will be judged by the festival staff during the week of September 19th. Each winner will receive a $15 gift certificate, good towards anything available at the Freshwater Farms retail store. Winners will be notified at the contact information provided. Winners will also be announced on our website and our Facebook page.
Rules: One entry per person. Freshwater Farms employee’s family members may participate but are not eligible for prizes.
