Local artist, Andrew Paavola, has created a\u00a0fun festival\u00a0illustration for the 2016 coloring\u00a0contest and we can’t wait to see how kids will\u00a0bring it\u00a0to life! The illustration features festival mascots Flipper the sturgeon and Harold the shrimp!<\/p>\n

Who can enter? <\/strong>Ages 3-12. We will divide entries into\u00a04 age categories: 3-4, 5-6, 7-9\u00a0and 10-12. All other ages may participate for the fun of it! All entries will be posted during the festival.<\/p>\n

How to enter:\u00a0<\/strong>Stop by the coloring contest booth at the festival where entry forms, crayons and instructions will be waiting.<\/p>\n

To color prior to the festival:<\/strong>\u00a0Click on the image above. (You’ll need Acrobat Reader installed on your computer to open the file. (Download it for free here<\/a>.)\u00a0Print the page\u00a0and color\u00a0with\u00a0crayons only!<\/em>\u00a0Turn in\u00a0entry\u00a0at the coloring contest booth at the festival.<\/p>\n

Deadline:<\/strong> Entries will be accepted until Sunday, September 18th at 4:00pm.<\/p>\n

Prizes:<\/strong>\u00a0\u00a0One Winner per Age Division. Entries\u00a0will be judged by our staff members. Winners will be featured on our website, announced on our facebook page and contacted the week following the festival. Each winner will receive a $20 gift certificate from\u00a0Freshwater Farms of Ohio. Winners will be notified at the contact information provided.<\/p>\n

Rules:<\/strong> One entry per person. Freshwater Farms employee\u2019s family members may participate but are not eligible for prizes.<\/p>\n
