Our Rainbow Trout is lightly salted, then hot smoked at Freshwater Farms with our special blend of hardwoods resulting in a heart-healthy addition to your diet with no artificial preservatives. Our Smoked Trout is ready to eat and is amazing dipped in our own Piccalilly Sauce. It compliments salads and pasta dishes for a special meal.
