We have tables and chairs set up in front of the stage, but you are more than welcome to bring lawn chairs and blankets. Please be courteous and pick a spot that won’t obscure the view of others.
Freshwater Shrimp Sales…and new this year – fresh local saltwater shrimp and crabs!
SATURDAY, SEPT 14th: 10 am Until Sold Out
Location: Near the Admission Gate and Farm Retail Store
You can only enjoy this special treat once a year! Freshly harvested local shrimp (freshwater and saltwater) and salt water crabs will be available beginning Saturday morning at 10 a.m. and sold whole on ice. We usually sell out fast – so get here early!!! Bring a cooler so you can stay a while.
Activities for the Kids
Kid’s love visiting Freshwater Farms for free year round, but there is even more to during the festival!
– View live exhibits
– Pet Flipper the sturgeon
– Feed the trout by hand (bring quarters)
– Visit the kid’s play zone (dig for treasure in the sand and play in the gravel)
– Face Painting
– Bounce Houses and games (11am – 7pm)
