Dr Dave Approved locally grown bison! 2” thick, bone-in New York Bison strip steak offers an excellent balance of superb tenderness and great flavor. The bone insulates the meat, making it more flavorful and juicier than boneless strip steaks.
We recommend serving this masterpiece medium rare, seasoned with salt, pepper, olive oil, garlic powder, and finished with a generous slab of butter.
