Johnson’s Pure Maple Syrup harvested in Mingo Ohio. It comes in a traditional plastic jug. This year provided a bountiful harvest. Amazing on your French Toast or Pancakes. Also great in the following marinade recipe for our Fresh Rainbow Trout. RECIPE: 1/4 C. Maple Syrup, 2 Tablespoons Soy Sauce, 1 clove garlic, minced, 1/4 teaspoon garlic salt and 1/8 teaspoon ground black pepper. Mix together and marinate 2-4 of our Rainbow Trout fillets in the refrigerator for 30 minutes. Bake in 400 degree oven, uncovered, for 20 minutes. Enjoy.
