Our farm-raised rainbow trout is ground and mixed with a blend of lemon juice, onions and spices. Makes a great heart healthy, low calorie burger. Try it on the grill, pan fried in a little olive oil or baked. Our Lemon Herb Trout Burgers are frozen in packages of 4 for your convenience. COOKING TIP: Do not overcook. A total cooking time of 2-3 minutes per side to get a quick sear on a med-high skillet is all that is needed. Enjoy!
