Our premium 10-20 Scallops is another of our Dr. Dave Approved seafood items. There’s nothing like the taste of a beautiful Scallop from cold waters – sweet, with a hint of the sea. These jumbo scallops are plump and meaty – and are “dry packed” (never treated with preservatives) which make for superior flavor and texture. We love them sautéed in the pan and finished with some butter and fresh garlic.
