Our Breaded Cod Loins is another of our Dr. Dave Approved seafood products. These wild-caught cod are from US waters, sustainably harvested, and all-natural. These Cod Loins are firm, with a flaky body and a sweet flavor. They are breaded in a rice flour and corn meal mix with our special blend of spices. Our Breaded Cod Loins are great sautéed in a little olive oil, broiled, and deep fried. They can also be baked if sprayed with a touch of olive oil.
