Chef G’s Crab Cakes (4 crab cakes, 10 oz)
Chef G’s own recipe of succulent claw and lump crabmeat with her special mix of seasonings that is then rolled in panko. Four Crab Cakes are individually frozen then vacuum packaged for your convenience and are ready for cooking.
Cooking Directions: Thaw product in refrigerator up to four hours – pan fry on medium heat in a little olive oil until crispy golden brown on both sides. The total cooking time of this thawed product is approximately 6 minutes – until golden brown and crisp on both sides. Pairs well with a large salad and a bottle of wine from Freshwater Farms. Enjoy!
