A blending rosé. Vinified in temperature-controlled stainless steel vats to prevent oxygenation and protect the fruit. Bottled early (in March) to retain the fruit.
Tasting Notes
Lovely pale pink colour with brilliant highlights Powerful, complex nose combining red and black fruit (strawberry, blackberry, cherry, etc.), as well as hints of citrus and violet. Full-bodied and vinous on the palate, with plenty of flavour.
Food Pairing
On its own by the glass or with cold cuts, spicy food or white meats.
