Our Ohio-raised Paddlefish is another Dr. Dave Approved fish sold here at Freshwater Farms. This mild flavored fish has a delicate buttery taste that smooths over the palate. Paddlefish has a pleasantly soft texture. Great egg washed then seasoned in a mix of flour, onion powder, garlic powder, salt, pepper and Old Bay Seasoning then fried. Also great cut into strips that are placed on skewers then grilled and basted with your favorite barbecue sauce. Our Paddlefish are frozen and vacuum packed in individual servings for your convenience.
