Our Shrimp Cakes are the creation of Melanie, our Farm’s Kitchen Manager. Our Shrimp Cakes have proven to be a great seller! Freshwater Farms’ customers appreciate that they are heart healthy and ready to eat in only 6 minutes. This recipe includes saltwater shrimp, and just the right blend of savory spices with a hint of Sriracha. They are vacuum packed and frozen with four Shrimp Cakes per package.
Cooking Directions: Thaw product in refrigerator for up to 4 hours then pan fry on medium heat in a little olive oil. The total cooking time of this thawed product is approximately 6 minutes – until crispy brown on both sides. Great with cocktail sauce. Pairs well with a bottle of wine from Freshwater Farms.
