Tomato Basil Trout Burger
Our farm-raised Rainbow Trout is used to create this subtle tomato and basil flavored Trout Burger. Great on the grill, pan fried in a little olive oil or baked. COOKING TIP: pan fry 2-3 minutes on each side at med-high heat to get a quick sear. Four burgers are frozen and vacuum packed for your convenience.
