Smoked Trout Chowder
Freshwater Farm’s Smoked Trout Chowder is a mix of chuncks of our hardwood-smoked Rainbow Trout, potatoes, fresh “cut off the cob” corn and the perfect mix of herbs and spices. You simply add up 1½ to 2 cups of whole milk or heavy cream to achieve your desired consistency. Heat thoroughly and enjoy. This concentrated Smoked Trout Chowder base is frozen for your convenience – we suggest moving it from your freezer to your refrigerator first thing in the morning for dinner prep that night. Makes three to four 8 oz. servings. This item is for local curbside pickup only; we do not offer delivery for this product.
