Our Smoked Trout Chowder is a mix of potatoes, fresh “cut off the cob” corn and chunks of our hardwood-smoked Rainbow Trout. You simply adde up to 2 cups of whole milk or heavy cream. Heat thoroughly and enjoy. This concentrated Chowder base is frozen for your convenience – we suggest moving it from your freezer to your refrigerator first thing in the morning for dinner prep that night.
