Our New York Style Cheesecake is the legacy recipe of Lazarus’ Chintz Room that was in downtown Columbus. Lucille Rinehart perfected this recipe in Urbana over many years spoiling our family during the holidays. At Christmas time she made these cheesecakes for the special people in her life – her next door neighbors, her hairdresser, the minister’s family, and the list continued on and on… This legacy cheesecake is creamy smooth and oh so luscious! The 9″ cheesecake can be ordered plain or with a strawberry glaze topping.
