Our farm-raised rainbow trout is ground and blended with crackers for a moist and juicy burger. These unseasoned trout burgers are great grilled, pan fried with a little olive oil or baked. Be creative – season according to your personal preference. Great served with a dollop of Piccalilly sauce, lettuce and fresh tomato. This product is frozen with 4 burgers per package. COOKING HINT: do not overcook. A total cooking time of this frozen product is 2-3 minutes on each side on a med-high skillet with a quick sear is all that is needed to create a juicy fish burger.
