Our farm-raised Rainbow Trout is the key ingredient in our Trout Burgers – a blend of hearty spices in a Tex-Mex style creates our unique SouthWest flavor. These burgers are frozen in packages of four for your convenience and are great grilled, pan fried in a touch of olive oil or baked for a juicy and delicious burger. COOKING HINT: do not overcook – a total cooking time of 2-3 minutes per side on med-high heat to get a quick sear is all that is needed to cook this juicy fish burger.
