There’s nothing like the taste of a beautiful scallop from the cold waters of Massachusetts – sweet, with a hint of the sea. These scallops are 20 to 30 per pound. Rinse and pat dry before cooking. They are great lightly coated in flour then sautéed in the pan and finished with butter and fresh garlic – remember to only turn once when cooking. These scallops are included in our Dr. Dave Approved seafood selection.
