Cajun Trout Burger
Our farm-raised Rainbow Trout is seasoned with our special mix of Cajun spices. They are great grilled, pan fried in a little olive oil or baked for a juicy and delicious burger. COOKING TIP: Suggest cooking 2-3 minutes per side in a med-high skillet to get a quick sear. Do not overcook. These burgers are frozen and vacuum packed for your convenience.
